LIBERTY FC TRYOUTS INFORMATION FOR FALL 2010

Friday June 11th and Monday June 21st, 2010

u8-12 Boys and Girls, 5:00 to 6:30 pm at Hardesty Park
u13-14 Boys and Girls, 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Hardesy Park

Club Philospophy:
LIBERTY FC are a premier soccer club who create a soccer environment with an emphasis on complete player development through quality training where players excel on and off the fields. Our mision is to develop our Club Members and help them to maximize their potential as players , young people and future role models. Thy will learn the importance of DESIRE , DEDICATION and DISCIPLINE , as the have Fun learning to play "The Beautiful Game".

Coaching Staff:
We belive the coaches are the backbone of our program. The coaching staff is leading by Director of Coaching and Player Development with foloowing achivements:
* Former professional player
* High coaching license on US: USSF "A", USSF "Y" and NSCAA Director Of Coaching
* Olympic Developmental Program: Regional and State Coaching staff
* USSF Development Academy Coaching staff
* OYSAN Coaching School Instructor

All LIBERTY FC coaches held USSF or NSCAA coaching license. We belive that higher level coaches help to develop higher level players.

In our coaching staff we introduce a YOGA instructor with over 20 experiences to help our players to maximize their body and mind abilities.

Training Environment:
Competitive soccer is for those players who desire more qualified coaching, a good level of competition and an atmosphere that allows them to reach their potential and achive their individual goals in the game. Players who want to play in our environment need to be prepared to make a significant commitment to soccer training and competition. Training for players selected for this program should typically be geared toward preparation for participation in USSF Development Academy system , high school and college soccer.

Each team will train at least two times per week and possibly more.

U13 and above: Playing time in games will be based on the effort, dedications, attitude and skills shown at training.
U12 and below: Playing time in games will be based in equal playing time and players rotations in diferent positions in the field.

Playing Environment:
Practices will be competitive environment that prepares players for competition. Games will be viewed as a test to measure the effectiveness of training, identify and compare play levels, to assist in setting goals, to identify talent progression.

Program Cost:
The club expectations of each family as well as the financial obligations associated with your acceptance of any offered positions.Accepting the position offered obligates each player to pay the registration fee, regardless of whether the player late decides to leave the program prior to the end of the season. Fall fee will include:
* registration fee
* coaching fee
* 1 Tournament fee for each team
* referee fee
Fall fee does not include uniform fee

Tryouts fees and forms: Each player who is interested to play in the Fall and will attend the tryouts will need to pay a $15.00 fee. If the player will make the team this fee will be deducted from your Fall fee. Note: All Liberty FC members that played in the spring 2010 and they are interested to play in the Fall season don't need to pay the tryout fee. Each player who is interested to play in spring needs to bring to tryouts the following forms:
* One copy of birth certificate
* Two color pictures 1" X 1"
* Check with tryouts fees if you are a NEW player
Each player need to bring indoor soccer shoes and a soccer ball.

Fall plans: TENTATIVE

Training Sessions:
The season starts on Wednesday, August 18th and will end on Thursday October 21st, 2010 with training 2x per week.
Location: Hardesty Park
Training days and time

u8-u12 Wednesday's and Thursday's from 5:00 to 6:30pm
u13-14 Wednesday's and Thursday's from 6:00 to 7:30pm

Leagues:
8 league games. The leagure will be TBD until Tryouts date.

Tournaments (included in fee):
1. One Fall Tournament, TBD at beginning of season
2. State Line Play day on Sunday October 10th, at Warren Ohio with two games vs teams from Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Any additional tournament will be charged separately.

The fee for FALL needs to be payed in FULL by July 20th, 2010. Members who need assistance in payment need to contact the Director of Coaching.

Support:
The players and parents will be asked to participate in fundraisers throughout the year for their team and possibly the club.

Your comments and suggestions regarding your team are regarded with great respect and your support is crucial to the team concept. However, please understand that the final decision regarding what is the best interest of the entire team ultimatley rests with the Director of Coaching.
